Brett has close to 20 years corporate finance experience focused on leveraged finance and mergers & acquisitions advice for a broad range of private equity, corporate and other clients. Since joining Tomorrow Partners in early 2015 his financing advice has included 30 successfully completed acquisition financing, refinancing, recapitalisation and amendment transactions across a range of debt products, industries and geographies.
Prior to joining Tomorrow Partners, Brett was a member of Houlihan Lokey’s European Corporate Finance team. The earlier part of Brett’s career was spent in a number of M&A roles, and included the distressed sale/restructuring of a variety of businesses. Brett has a BEc (Hons) majoring in Economics and Finance from Sydney University.
